Therapeutic Dru Yoga is a gentler, graceful yet potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit – improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.
Dru Yoga works with the flow of energy within our body to access every level of our being. Energy flows freely through the body when our lives are harmonious. Dru Yoga can affect us on every level of our being and help to speed up the process of deep transformation.

Monday & Wednesday Evenings
Having practised different styles of yoga, including Hatha, Iyengar and Power Yoga, and trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, Sara has developed a style that is a Vinyasa Flow based practice, focusing on alignment of the body and the breath.
Vinyasa flow yoga is a series of poses synchronising the breath and movement, using smooth flowing movements that glide from one pose to another. It will include the Sun Salutations and is almost dance like. This style of yoga has both physical and mental benefits.

SOHA fusion (Based on Traditional Hatha yoga – incorporating a unique blend of practices; asanas, pranayama, meditation, and tibetan singing bowl sound healing). It purifies the nervous system, disciplines and prepares the body in order to direct energy in a specific way to help elevate consciousness leading to a happier, healthier more harmonious life. Benefits: Students have claimed that the practice helps to centre the mind and body so they feel more present and relaxed, releases tension in the body, strengthens and tones the body, helps with cravings, reduces stress, anxiety depression and insomnia, become more mindful, motivated and better able to manage emotions and weight, improves flexibility, circulation, digestive issues and overall performance in their life.
SOHA-flow is vinyasa based class – helps release toxins and re-energize bodies. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.
